Our Beliefs

We believe success favors the Connected Leader.  This is a leader who is self-aware, emotionally and socially intelligent, passionate about their work, and who others willingly and enthusiastically trust, respect, and follow.  

We believe that becoming a Connected Leader is about discovering and mastering the one or two things that are getting in the way of leadership effectiveness or holding the leader back from having a greater impact for good.

We believe that a Connected Leader has learned how to lead teams effectively by establishing trust, building strong relationships, and connecting team members to why their work matters.

We believe that individual leadership coaching is perhaps one of the most productive and efficient ways to develop the Connected Leader.  To enable great coaching we utilize state-of-the-art assessments, tools, and processes to achieve rapid, observable leadership behavior change.

Dave Boizelle - President, Connected Leader, LLC

Dave has been blessed to have had a unique and diverse career history.  He has worked as a Sr. Leader in large and mid-sized organizations on the front lines, in support functions and in HQ roles.  He understands and appreciates the pressures of working in larger, matrixed organizations, the expectations of working across global time zones, and achieving aggressive results.  At the same time, Dave has also had the rewarding pleasure of working extensively in and with smaller organizations seeking to survive and grow a market presence.  This experience has made him a more versatile and adaptable consultant and leadership coach.

Dave's passion is to accelerate the growth and development of individuals into connected leaders.  He does this by asking great questions and using specialized tools and processes to deepen their self-awareness, unlock their passion and purpose, and increase their leadership impact by teaching them how to connect effectively with others.

Dave has relevant leadership development experience across a divers spectrum of industries and businesses including professional services, medical device, pharma, on-line education, shipping, port terminal management, fuel distribution, aircraft leasing, community association management, defense contracting, furniture supply, utilities, manufacturing, and more.

Dave lives in Mesa, Arizona.  He enjoys hiking the diverse parks and trails of the state.  When he is not hiking, he can be spotted cycling the East Valley.  Dave is also a classic roadster enthusiast and  loves driving winding mountain roads with the top down.
